Singapore MOE Denies Father Information on His Children

Can you believe Ms. Quek at the MOE? Now she is asking that parents have a Court Order before information on their children can be released. Is this "rule" something that applies to everyone or only specific to certain parents? How transparent can this be. You don't know whether to cry or laugh for Ms. Quek; afterall she is a product of the system she works for. Here is her letter asking for a court order before a parent is allowed to have information on his children. Do all parents have to provide a court order specifically for this information? After I responded to this letter, the head went into the sand and the questions go unanswered.
