Mr. Quek

My children were abducted illegally to Singapore on August 31, 2009 by the children's Singaporean mother.

A Joint Legal and Joint Physical Custody Order was violated by the mother. The children's US passports were confiscated by the Family Court to prevent the mother from fleeing the US with the children.

She managed to get brand new Singapore passports for the children from the Singapore Consulate in San Francisco.

An inquiry was sent to the MOE to find out if the children are enrolled in school in Singapore. I received more questions from Mr. Freddy Loke. Then according to Mr. QUEK Hui Ching, after having "carefully considered" my request for information was denied.

Are you kidding me? A father cannot get information on his children? The Custody Order stated clearly that any enrollment in private or public school requires authorization from BOTH parents.

What did the MOE use for my approval? Singapore is a country where the rule of law is very very clear.
